As a general rule, we don't recommend that a pupil takes any test more than once. This is because the questions will be exactly the same, and as such they will simply revisit the same material and will not test their actual knowledge, simply their ability to remember answers.
This is the reason there are so many tests, as in order to ensure a pupil never has to answer the same question twice, we have created an immense database of questions asked and answered through a huge amount of tests. In the practice and retest stages, the pupils will not answer the same questions that they were asked in the initial test.
HOWEVER, we understand that some pupils will be keen to access the Quick Tests (and therefore need to achieve 75% in each of the intial tests), or simply may feel that they want to revisit and retake the test because they rushed it the first time.
If this is the case, to be able to retake the test:
- Go into the test.
- Pause the test.
- Mark the test.
- Carry on in this cycle until the retest has been marked.
- The score will be low as you won't have answered any of the questions.
- There will now be a retake button next to the test on the dashboard.
- If you press the retake button, you will get a warning message informing you that all of your previous data will be deleted if you proceed.
